If I could give negative stars I would! They are con artists. They tried to submit several fraudulent insurance claims against me on the loaner vehicle I had but luckily I was prepared and They are con artists. We had the privilege of working with Gevon and it was very informative and smooth. He had an awesome personality and was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend him as your car salesman. The car was clean and ready to go. Our only complaint was that when we picked the car up, the gas tank was not full. In all our years of buying cars, this was the first time that had happened and with the cost of a car, this should be an automatic perk that the dealership gives to the customer. More
We went to Olathe Toyota today after several visits with the intention of buying the vehicle that we were very excited about getting. The truck was everything we wanted and we were ready but to all but sign the intention of buying the vehicle that we were very excited about getting. The truck was everything we wanted and we were ready but to all but sign the papers. Brian was off putting to start, seemed like we were an inconvenience to him almost as soon as he approached us. When sitting down to work out a deal he was very to the point about not budging at all and that is not how it works anymore. He continued to mansplain how things work with trade ins and newer vehicles. Funny thing is, everything he decided to explain to me another dealer down the road did and more. I felt defensive and uncomfortable the whole time and honestly down right angry with his attitude when we left. I thank him though, because of his attitude I did not want to purchase a vehicle no matter what at this dealership at that point especially from him. Instead we went to an amazing dealership with an amazing sales team who sold us a better truck with less miles for a better deal. I'm sure he just thinks of me as that naggy lady that came through with an attitude, but sir some people feed off others vibes and you sir had a terrible one. I am surprised he has been doing this for so long, he told me several times how long he has been on the job, I am surprised that anyone would want to buy a vehicle from him if this is how he treats people. Unfortunately, after having one of the best experiences we've ever had in purchasing our Hybrid Platinum Highlander, we had to deal with the Service Department. The sales department especially Nola Hunter was not helpful, refused to work with me, return my phone calls and just generally a poor experience. I worked with multiple dealerships here in the KC area helpful, refused to work with me, return my phone calls and just generally a poor experience. Highly recommend either Molle or Hendricks Toyota as other options. More
