I have been to this dealership for 5 other cars. Yet, the owner (Kelly) and Shannon (sales person) and Jim (the loan officer) and Kim (customer service manager) all treated me with great generosity and respect. Shannon (sales person) has worked with my family for about six years and she has always been so accommodating, courteous, polite and makes the customer feel part of her family, thus, interested in the customer's best. I have nothing but good to say about the entire organization. I might add, the owner, Kelly Thomas, is an outstanding gentlemen with great integrity which is why he was so helpful in dealing with my car and its demise and then a subsequent new purchase.
