When I drove in initially I was not acknowledged. although one agent was fiddling with his phone and the other was with a customer. Gary quickly finished with the customer he was attending to attend although one agent was fiddling with his phone and the other was with a customer. Gary quickly finished with the customer he was attending to attend to me as soon as possible while the other guy didn’t even bother. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately the tech that serviced my vehicle did not do the tire rotation. I brought it to Gary’s attention and he addressed it right away. Sadly oversights like this start to lead to mistrust. Lack of confidence in a service center for your vehicle is not a small issue. I do have to acknowledge Gary for his commitment to great service and the customers satisfaction. He is always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always makes sure that everything is top notch before I drive off and that’s why I continue to use this service center. More

Lacks customer service and suggests unnecessary repairs. I had a loaner and was NOT notified my card was ready. Next day I get receive a call that I need to return the loaner call with an an attitude. I I had a loaner and was NOT notified my card was ready.
