Needed question answered about warranty options for vehicle I was looking at (as most of their used cars they source from auctions that are lemon law branded title buyback vehicles) he refused to answer any questions about available extended warranties over phone and said I must be in person to have questions answered. I live out of state. Have bought many cars over the years. Any ethical dealership will happily answer warranty and extended warranty questions over phone so someone’s questions are answered to make decision on vehicle. He refused to connect me to a manager and said only way to have questions answered is to come to dealership in person. Deceptive slimy dealership, glad I didn’t end up doing business with them. Recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. More
