After we agreed on a price for a new Sentra, he then lowered the price by another $500 for a Nissan discount we didn’t know about. He thoroughly explained the operation of the car, including the infotainment system. The color we wanted was not in stock so he had to pick it up from another dealer. Then he drove the new car to our house to sign the paperwork using social distancing rules. It turned out a particular document was missing, so he had to return to the dealership and come back to our house for us to sign it. I must have have hand controls installed in the car, so Dario drove the car to the installer. When the hand controls are installed, he will pick the car up from the installer, bring it back to the dealership for final preparation for delivery. We give Dario our highest recommendation and will recommend him and Martin Nissan to our friends without reservation. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE THROUGH THE CHALLENGES This is the second time I have leased a vehicle from Martin Nissan and I can honestly say, without a doubt, that they strive to give the very best in This is the second time I have leased a vehicle from Martin Nissan and I can honestly say, without a doubt, that they strive to give the very best in customer service!  My lease was getting ready to expire February 29, 2020, so in late January my wife and I went into the dealership after work and were greeted by Brian Ferguson.  He became our "go-to guy" as we transitioned into a new 2020 Nissan Sentra SR: A process which would prove to be somewhat of a challenging experience.  Nissan began shipping the new Sentras in the middle of February, and so at first it looked like it would be a smooth transition into my new car. Unfortunately, the Premium SR package in the color I was looking for, was extremely hard to come by in the initial shipments.  Brian did an excellent job keeping us up to date with everything that was going on as he tried his best to locate the car I was looking for.  He went to bat for me when they were unable to find my car by the official end of my lease and Martin Nissan paid the cost for a 1-month extension. The challenges would continue into March when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Brian was furloughed for a few weeks at the end of March but the dealership continued to work hard to find my car. People like Julia Gertsman and Joe Zich were instrumental in keeping the lines of communication open in Brian's absence. When my new car could not be secured by the end of my 1 month extension, Martin Nissan gave me a 2020 Altima loaner (at NO cost) for me to use. Everything had a storybook ending when my car - a 2020 two-toned gun metallic/black Nissan Sentra SR - was finally delivered at the end of April!! Brian came back to work just in time to make sure I got into my new car with all the latest bells and whistles for the same monthly cost as the 2017 Sentra I had leased over 3 years ago. Thank you Brian and Martin Nissan for the excellent service and keeping me as a highly satisfied customer through some difficult times! More
