Customer Service at Its Best My husband and I went to Martin Nissan in Skokie, IL with the purpose of buying a car recently. Mr. Dwayne Campbell and his sales trainee, Daniella we My husband and I went to Martin Nissan in Skokie, IL with the purpose of buying a car recently. Mr. Dwayne Campbell and his sales trainee, Daniella were exceptional in helping us find a car to our liking. They gathered all the information they needed from us and went from there. We have been to car dealerships before, but the experience we had at Martin Nissan was unbelievably outstanding. We felt comfortable and relaxed due to the poise and patience displayed by Dwayne and his trainee. They kept reiterating to us that they would make our trip to the dealership a pleasant experience. We test drove two different Nissan models and decided on buying one of the two. Fred, the finance guy with a pleasant demeanor, made the financing part of the deal feel seamless. And Malcolm played a role in finalizing the deal for us too. This is what we have observed at Martin Nissan. All employees, in our estimation, are working toward the same goal: to ensure (prospective) customers are completely satisfied with the care and service they receive at the dealership. Good service I saw the car I eventually bought from the dealership on CarMax and asked for a few details. Was contacted very quickly by one of the managers who fur I saw the car I eventually bought from the dealership on CarMax and asked for a few details. Was contacted very quickly by one of the managers who furnished me with more information. I told her my budget and if there was any wiggle room on the price. She said things were negotiable and to come out at see the car so that they could try to win my business. The car was for my son and did what it was supposed to do. I test drove the car with Tom who explained its features etc. After the test drive, we started talking about numbers. After 3 hours we came to a deal. Tom is a wonderful man and very knowledgeable. Apart from the length of time it took to come to an agreement I was satisfied with the service. A recommendation to the dealership is that explaining that actually there is very little wiggle room on price. More
