My only (very small) negative is that it took quite a while to get into Finance to finish off all the paperwork etc. - but only because several families happened to buy cars that day. More

I took a look on the lot many months ago with my daughter and when I went back in early January, he remembered me. He understood what I was looking for and never pressured me into looking at a more expensive car. He offered options for the car that I didn't think were available! Very fun car buyin experience!!! Mike Casper was the absolute best!!! We had a great time together & clicked as if we had known each for years. I gave him my price range & he only sho Mike Casper was the absolute best!!! We had a great time together & clicked as if we had known each for years. I gave him my price range & he only showed me cars that he knew I could afford. I came in looking at the Nissan Versa Note & walked out with a Nissan Rogue. I had a little issue with my pre approval with my bank & became VERY upset but Mike & Samantha Ingles calmed me down & explained my options & got me my Rouge. Mike & I danced & laughed the entire time & I really enjoyed my experience with him. When I'm ready to buy brand new this dealership is where I'll be coming, hopefully Mike will still be there :). Another Altima I walked in coughing as if someone forgot to turn off the cough button - Huxley still greeted us with hand extended. He asked for my keys and went out to look at my previously purchased Martin Nissan Altima. He asked what my needs, wants and preferences were and did not try selling me anything we did not discuss. I received the answers I needed to purchase a new 2018 Altima. I was going to sign the papers a few days later, but the illness kept me away. Huxley was understanding and did not hound me to hurry up and get back to the dealership. When I was finally well enough to get the car - Huxley took his time to go over all the car accessories - a lot has changed since I had bought my previous car. I also dealt w/ Manager Joe and Samantha in Finance. Everyone had a smile on their face and a very cheery attitude. I have recommended Martin Nissan and their service department to many people and I will now add Huxley to the list. More
