In fact everyone that I worked with throughout the car buying from Julia Gertsman, to Malcohm Thurman, to Fred Kodroff were pleasant and easy to work with. I normally dread dealing with idiots that insult my intelligence, but these guys were very transparent and after a few back and forths, they get my to the number I wanted for both the car and my trade in. It's rare for my to buy a car without raising my voice and having my intelligence insulted but these guys are top notch.
