Made an appointment over the phone to see a specific car the next day. Was told it was in stock and ready for a test drive. After driving an hour to the dealership, I find out that the car is not on site a the next day. Was told it was in stock and ready for a test drive. After driving an hour to the dealership, I find out that the car is not on site and is being serviced, so I cannot see or drive it. They recommended I wait 3 hours until it was done being serviced and should be back. I was ready to buy the car today if it was at it appeared online, but I wasn't willing to burn the whole day waiting on the possibility of actually seeing a car that I had made a specific appointment for. Not impressed with lack of respect for customer's time. More
