Regarding my most recent purchase, 2017 Rogue Sport--I went in just to have a conversation about possibly trading-in my 2015 Rogue. I wasn't sure if that was what I really wanted to do, I was committed to what I wanted and what I did not want. My salesman Tom Pazienza, didn't just listen to me, but he "heard" me. There was absolutely no pressure! In as much as I had resolved that I would walk away if I didn't get a great deal...a deal that I was comfortable with; Tom Pazienza (salesman) and Malcohm Thurman (manager) made sure that I didn't walk away without a good deal. Also, I appreciate Fred Kodroff for paying close attention to details of myriad paperwork, but yet getting through it as expediently as possible. I was surprised that this dealership had no problem to let me test drive both cars for a day each - just to help me make up my mind. I didn't feel pressured or hurried at any time.
