However, upon arrival, the sales team at Martin Nissan showed that they were committed to customer service and were very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in. After a painless negotiation over my trade in and the vehicle price, we reached a very fair agreement on the car. Needless to say, I'm loving my new Fiat 500x! More

Bought a new car I bought a new Altima from Martin Nissan. Overall, it was a great experience. The people were friendly, the service was good, they offered a 24-hour test drive, and they were even able to get me a car from another dealer via dealer-trade since they did not have the color I wanted - and they had it the next day! My only non-five-star rating is the price. Truth is, I don't know that it would have been better or worse at any dealer, but the whole nature of buying new cars always leaves the customer wondering if they really got a good deal or not - so only four stars there. But as I said, I assume that would be the case anywhere. Many thanks to Martin Nissan, and especially Jim Echols, for a good experience. More
