Chris answered and followed up on a bevy of questions presented back and forth to his manager on my behalf. Made my flight arrangements and was picked up by Chris and starred the purchase process . Then went through the financial process with Sam (Samantha) who answered all the finance questions. Being from Rochester, NY, I have to admit that Martian staff was by far the best I've had the pleasure to work with. Chris followed up via phone while traveling back to find out how my travels back was going and how the car was responding. He also asked that I let him know when I arrived, which is great "customer service". Best car buying experience in 40 years. Huxley was just great. My wife and I unexpectedly needed to replace a car that had an untimely death and I had done zero research or shopping, Marti Huxley was just great. My wife and I unexpectedly needed to replace a car that had an untimely death and I had done zero research or shopping, Martin Nissan was the first dealership we visited and Huxley was our salesman, and I was only lukewarm on the car (Nissan Sentra SV) at first, but liked Huxley instantly. He never rushed us, and always answered all of our questions ----even the ones we unknowingly repeated several times. We kept shopping and every place we went to and every car we test drove, left me disappointed. Came back to Huxley and he just made us very comfortable and made us WANT to buy a car from him. And we did, and we're very happy with our new Sentra. Our first Nissan ever. Special thanks, also, to Fred Kodroff, who even made the Finance part of the sale painless, which I still cannot believe, but is true. He answered all of our concerns and I left the dealership feeling that I had made a good deal, and without having to play any games. We test drove a few and made a couple of offers before finding the one at Martin Nissan. It was simple. I did an online inquiry and when Jim Echols called we had a very nice conversation. I made him an offer and when he called back with the counter offer we made an agreement. Upon arriving at the dealership we were even more impressed with the Jeep and Jim was excellent to work with throughout our experience.
