They called me about two weeks ago. My airbag needed to be replaced, as it became defective over time. I had a vehicle brought here for trans damage after it ran over debris on the expressway. I had already convinced myself that I was going to be without the vehicle for at least a month or two--maybe even ran over debris on the expressway. I had already convinced myself that I was going to be without the vehicle for at least a month or two--maybe even longer with back-ordered parts-- so I was absolutely ECSTATIC when they called me to tell me it was ready after just TWO WEEKS!!!!! I know they didn't have the parts in stock, so they made it a priority to get them as soon as possible and had me back on the road several weeks earlier than I anticipated. Bindi in service was my advisor, and she kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I never had to wonder what was going on and the vehicle drives like new! Nick, the “finance” guy ran SIX inquiries into my credit only to go with Chase Bank. Literally had to bring the car in the next day cuz the check engine light came on. OBD scanner showed over 150 error codes. Place is a scam. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE More
