Good experience I went in to Martin Nissan after seeing a couple of used Muranos that looked nice on Autotrader. From the beginning, Daniel was very attentive and acc I went in to Martin Nissan after seeing a couple of used Muranos that looked nice on Autotrader. From the beginning, Daniel was very attentive and accommodating with his help. He got someone to bring the car in the garage so I could take a look at it before going on a test drive. The test drive went well so I inquired to see if I could go take it to my mechanic so he could take a look at it as well. Daniel had no problem whatsoever in letting me do so. After getting a copy of my license and insurance, he gave me the keys. My mechanic found a couple of problems that were fairly typical with Nissans underneath the frame of the car. After returning to the dealership, I sat down and discussed these problems and began negotiations with Daniel. It took quite awhile and there was a lot of back and forth, but we finally came to a deal. Daniel and the dealership seemed pretty honest and forthcoming with information on the car (they did not seem like they were trying to hide anything). Overall it was a pretty good experience and I am happy to have a car. More

Great Experience After trying to deal with a couple of other dealerships and leaving aggrevated, frustrated and dissappointed, I decided to try Truecar. I was contacted by Julia Gertsman of Martin Nissan and after a couple of minutes on the phone, her pleasant attitude and sincerity convienced me to take a chance with this dealership. When I arrived I met Julia who introduced me to Daniel Alonso my sales rep. After my recent bad expreiences at the other places I was very cautious about trusting anyone who had anything to do with selling cars. But again after a couple of minutes I realized that this place was different from the rest. These people actually listened to what I wanted and did their best to accomadate. Daniel was patient and understanding, he did not try to rush me or push me into anything. He answered all of my questions and offered reasonable suggestions. He was truely professional. Even during the negociation when they called in the manager, Malcohm Thurman, I was still comfortable and actually enjoyed the interaction. When we were done I felt good about the deal I got. The day after I picked my car up Daniel called asking if everything was ok, if I had any questions about the car and to thank me again. It was nice to get that call. My overall experience with Martin Nissan was great, from start to finish. I will definatly be back and will not hesitate in recommending this dealership to my friends and family.
