They understood my needs and honored my requirements and/or requests (within means, of course). I never felt pushed, but they definitely new what I wanted and what I liked. However, it did not stop with the sale.. they took care of me after I bought my car with a couple of issues I noticed a day later; not major issues. They got me in right away with the service department, fixed the problem and it was no cost to me. I appreciate when a dealership and their staff does not view a transaction as just a sale, but rather to make the sale and to make sure that customer keeps coming back with impeccable service and attention to details.
