I've been owning a Nissan Rogue before and still own a BMW (so I was dealing with the dealerships a lot); however, the experience I got today was one of the best ones. I am new to Chicago so came in today with my parents willing to lease two additional cars and the guys helped us to make it happen in just a few hours. They made our day! Not only they were very helpful, caring and kind, but also understanding, responsible and reliable. As my family and I were leaving ONE HOUR PASSED THEIR CLOSING TIME (they didn't mind to stay later just for us), we were very thankful and satisfied with everything we got. My experiences have always been GREAT. Dario Cardella is a no pressure, knowledgeable sales consultant who listens to what you want, what fits into your budget and helps with what your options would be. I brought my son to Martin Nissan and Dario helped him with a purchase. In getting routine maintenance with my cars I have found that Gary Dewig is a pleasure to deal with. His integrity and ability to make you feel at home are priceless. The only complaint is from my wife who was not with me during my recent purchase. We had an issue with SMART PAY and my wife and I called to talk to Samantha Ingles. My wife felt that Samantha was not helpful with our situation and placed the blame of the error on us, and was upset with her unwillingness to help. In the end I am hooked on Martin Nissan !! More

Sorry once I did, a small thing thought it took just a little to long for an oil change, and one of the owners contacted me within hours of posting something on Facebook... He wanted to check with me as to what I felt went wrong and was a caring owner to hear my response. There are many dealers out they were you do feel taken advantage of and get that buyers remorse feeling... We just never had here! Ask for James Culpepper, he went out of his way to make sure all 3 sales were fast and efficient.... More

Late review, waited to see follow-up I purchased a new car from Samantha Ingles, who was in sales at the time. I took a while with her, and I am not the easiest customer to be sure. She took all the time I needed, and listened to what I wanted. She did not try to upsell or steer me to something else. We took a test drive, and even though I always wait a day or more before a big purchase, she made me feel so good about everything that I purchased the car that day. Over time I had problems with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp., not a part of the dealership I know, but Samantha made multiple calls to get things straightened out. After she moved to the finance office she has been very helpful in a service matter and also another problem with NMAC. My point is, not only was she super in sales, but she was very helpful after the sale, which is a very important part of the overall dealership experience. More
