As soon as I got out of my car I was s I went to Martin Nissan a few weeks back to "browse", and compare some prices I already had on a Nissan Xterra. As soon as I got out of my car I was surprised at how large the place really was. They truly had a pretty wide variety of vehicles. It also happened to be Saturday and I was informed they have cookouts/barbecues every Saturday. It was really a nice touch. Especially since they offer free car washes and oil changes for the life of your purchase. I will have to make sure my scheduled visits are on Saturdays I suppose. After a pretty thorough search I found almost the exact vehicle I was looking for. The salesmen never pestered me or breathed down my neck. He stayed visible for me to ask questions but kept a comfortable distance which I found refreshing. After visiting a couple dealerships I was starting to get annoyed with the "pushy salesmen" types. Our particular salesmen Tom Pazienza was really a nice guy. No nonsense, no pitches. He helped with what he could and stayed realistic about what he couldnt. I ended up purchasing a gently used 2013 Xterra with all the extras that I desired. And I got it for a nice price. Honestly it was purchased for a nice chunk of change under what my research had me expecting. Another huge bonus is that it didnt take the entire day to get the deal done. It was pretty cut and dry from start to finish. Its almost been a month now and I have absolutely zero complaints. I would definitely tell anyone in the market to do themselves a favor and visit Martin Nissan. More

When my 9 year old vehicle gave up the ghost, became disabled and not worth the cost to repair I dealt with both Sales Manager Joe Zich and Salesman Jim Echols who helped me find just what I needed. With their assistance I found a "fantastic" deal on a gently used 2014 Altima 3.5 SL and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Knowing I was in a bind without a vehicle both Joe and Jim were super attentive throughout the process including tying up every detail and loose end to make my experience a smooth one. They were farther than we would have normally traveled, but I can say, it was definitely worth it! It's a pleasant atmosphere, and everyone is friendly. Our sales person, Dario, was especially nice, courteous & knowledgeable, and worked with us to get us the best deal on the car we selected. How nice it was to buy a car at a dealership that showed they care about the customer! The car was clean, in great shape & low mileage. We are very happy with it! The transaction was smooth. Purchase without Pain! I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, cus I have been dealing with Martin Nissan for a few years now and it has been quite a great experience as it relates to purchasing vehicles, service, customer service, etc. A couple of weeks ago I spoke with Dario Cardella on the phone about possibly trading-in my 2013 Nissan Rogue for the new 2015 Rogue. However, I got busy and didn't schedule a time to go in and make the deal or at least discuss making the deal. In the meanwhile, however, I noticed that it was time for my 2013 Rogue to be serviced with an oil & filter change; so I went in to have it serviced. While talking with David in the service department, Dario pops up smiling broadly as usual. He'd noticed that I had scheduled service for the 2013 Rogue and took this opportunity to continue our trade-in conversation. What I really appreciated was that I didn't feel harassed! I'd told Dario what I wanted, what I didn't want, and what I was or was not willing to do.....He listened to me! So there was no lot of back and forth haggling that sometimes goes on at car dealerships with pushy salesmen. I didn't get that "Let me take advantage of her because she is a woman" feeling. So, I went in to get an oil change on the 2013 Rogue and drove out with a spanking brand new 2015 Rogue! I appreciate the respect and great customer service from Dario, but also from the entire staff that I encountered at the dealership! These folks at Martin Nissan give credence to the term "Customer Service" because they are truly proficient in "Servicing their Customers". If you are in the market for a new vehicle, check out Martin Nissan in Skokie and ask for Dario. He will listen to you and not try to oversell or talk you into a vehicle or a deal that you are not comfortable with. More
