I decided to upgrade my Pathfinder I bought a few months ago. I don't know how they did it but I was able to get a Pathfinder with more equipment and lower my interest rate. David was friendly and helpful as usual. They definitely have my business for life. Would highly recommend Martin Nissan and David to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I went to go look at a used Infiniti but it was a little out of my budget. Instead of just leaving Dave and his manager went out of their way to find me something nice and something I liked. I ended up leaving in a 2012 Murano, not quite the Infiniti I was looking but never the less a great car. In a few years when my score is a better, I will be going back to Martin Nissan. And the rest of my family will continue to shop at Martin. I can honestly say they're great people and do care about there customers, previous or not. Jesus. More
Got our dream car, whole experience PERFECT! My husband and I are "NOT YOUNG" . We had been shopping for a sports car for a few months and the process had been stressful and full of games. When we saw the Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG on their internet site for a very good price, we called and set up an appointment to see it. We drove it, loved it, felt completely comfortable with our salesman, James Culpepper and we were allowed to take the car to our own mechanic for a pre purchase check. We bought the car the next day. James was off the day we wanted to come in and purchase the car, but he came in that evening anyhow to make sure we were well taken care of. Because my husband and I are "NOT YOUNG", we have bought and sold many many cars in our lifetime. In the future, we will not consider going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, when the time comes. Thank you, James for making our experience fun, fair, hassle free and for your honesty and caring. We will be back in the future!! More
I called just about every Nissan dealer in the Chicago-land area for prices and test drove cars at 5 of them. I knew exactly what car I wanted, what options, what I wanted to pay, what I wanted for my trade-in and planned on going with whoever gave me the best overall deal. Martin gave me the best price for the car. They also gave me the best price for my trade in. It was WELL worth my time to drive the 80 miles (one way) to buy my car here. They treated my like I was related to Mayor Daley the entire time. No other dealer came close on price *OR* service and the people I've dealt with so far (my Salesman Jimmy DiNino, Sales Manager Joe Zich, and Service Manager Bill Taylor as well as the internet sales team) were all awesome and always friendly. I'll be the first to admit I'm not well liked by car dealers because I go in well researched and have high expectations while trying to work every angle possible to save every last nickel. Martin Nissan were unphased by my cheap and demanding behavior and always greeted me with a smile, a handshake and good service. You better believe I will tell everybody I know to shop here. I just wish I lived close enough to take advantage of the free oil changes and car washes! More

Just purchased my first ever Nissan from Martin Nissan last week (FYI - this dealership is not owned by a relation of mine). I am very pleased with my new Altima 2.5 SL. Samantha Ingles and Julie Gertsman last week (FYI - this dealership is not owned by a relation of mine). I am very pleased with my new Altima 2.5 SL. Samantha Ingles and Julie Gertsman in Sales treated me fairly and honestly. It was refreshing to deal with such good people who didn't pressure me to buy or to come to a quick decision. They were patient and kind, and understood my need to think through this decision in detail before making my purchase. They answered all my correspondence promptly, and worked hard to find the exactly model and trim that I wanted (even though it was out of state). I received many quotes for my new car from dealerships in the Chicago area, and spoke with many sales reps on the phone as I was working through my decision. Martin Nissan was the best organized, most responsive, and most informative of all the dealerships I contacted. And, of course, the free oil changes for life was a huge draw (nobody could top that in the area). Thank you Martin Nissan for making this a smooth and stress free process. More
I was looking for a fully loaded Altima 2.5 SL. After looking at reviews at several websites, I called Martin Nissan. I talked to Christie on the phone and she offered a pretty competitive price. We were greeted warmly by Tom Pazienza who helped us throughout the process. He was charming and witty. Had a little bit of a dry humor at times but he made sure we didnt feel awkward at all. We enjoyed chatting with him. They had the car in the color we wanted, the rest of it went pretty quick. Joe Zich matched the carmax appraisal on our trade in. The finance guy was pretty nice too, he got us out of his office in less than 10 minutes with all the signatures. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to everyone. They did a great job, gave us a good price on the new car, on the trade in and made sure we were comfortable throughout. All of them stayed more than an hour late because we had gone in the dealership 1.5 hrs before closing. Thanks guys for all the help. Excited about our car! More

Full disclosure: we are in a rebuilding period having paid off 90% of our debt and into year 2 of a phenomenal job after an extended period of unemployment. I went to Martin Nissan after seeing a used paid off 90% of our debt and into year 2 of a phenomenal job after an extended period of unemployment. I went to Martin Nissan after seeing a used car that I was interested in. I had just walked away from another deal because I just didn't think it was good for me. After speaking with the Internet Sales person, I came in person. The first thing that struck me was that, when asking to speak with "K" (the internet sales person), I was told, "oh, she just answers the phones, you can work with me." I quickly remembered the finance manager's name and asked for him. They pulled my credit and the Finance Manager came over to speak with me. He stated that I was "starting over" and that: 1. The car that I wanted (sub $8000.00) did not "book" right for our situation. and that, 2. In order to get a car from them the Finance Manager would have to pick the car for me (I later realized that meant a new Nissan, go figure). 3. There were a lot of ancillary fees that would have to go onto the price of the car and that the internet price was not the actual price 4. I needed to think with my head and not my heart 5. I needed to start paying my bills on time and to not come back to him in 8 months wondering why my credit was horrible when I didn't pay my car payment 6. I could go to "one of those 'seconds' dealership," and that they "give me what I wanted" but I would get a call in three weeks telling me to bring the car back or give them thousands of dollars. 7. Just erasing my credit history with one of those services wouldn't fix my credit Now, this is where I told him I wanted to clarify something. I told him that I didn't use a service, but rather contacted all my creditors and worked a payment with them to pay off my debts and clean up my credit. He said it didn't matter. At this point I decided to tell him that I just didn't think it was the time or the dealership for me. His eye started to twitch and he was getting visibly upset. I then added that I felt he was speaking to me in a condescending tone. At this point he countered with the following as I stood to leave: 1. "Google my name, just google my name. Thousands of people think I am amazing and not condescending at all!" 2. "You [the writer of this review] are the one being condescending" 3. "We are done here, you can leave, sir!" 4. And then loudly so all customers and salesmen could here, "Good day, sir" He also refused to give me my application back, noting that he "needed it for his records." Just my two cents. More
