Poor, poor service. I would never take my car back there again. My appointment was for 7:00am and I went to pick it up at 3:00pm and they never touched it. He claimed th I would never take my car back there again. My appointment was for 7:00am and I went to pick it up at 3:00pm and they never touched it. He claimed that the warranty company never called him back, but he didn't call until 12:00 noon. Also, I needed brakes, so they could have worked on that at least, because brakes is not covered under warranty. It's a pity I couldn't give 0 star, because that is what they deserve. More

Champaign cars with a kraft Mac-n-chz selling model. Like many dealerships post-COVID, they are focusing on selling used high-end cars which generate significantly more margin than the few Nissan’s the Like many dealerships post-COVID, they are focusing on selling used high-end cars which generate significantly more margin than the few Nissan’s they have in stock. Unfortunately, they treat people who are in the market for $100k+ cars like they are buying a Nissan Sentra…old school sales tactics of taking your keys, asking for a credit card to put in an offer, and then holding them hostage until you see everyone working in the building and they waste an hour of your time when you were clear their deal won’t work. I’ve never see a dealer add a $1295 delivery fee on a used car on top of another mandatory $600 package. And then for me specifically, they offered a trade-in price 4k lower than the carfax value they walked over with…and 10k under KBB. Also said I had to finance through them to get the price they were offering. I will never step foot back in this dealership. BEWARE. More
