Extremely slow, both in negotiation and once negotiations had been completed. Once a price was agreed upon we sat, unaccompanied, for over an hour with no update on what was causing the delay. Once we received our vehicle is was sitting on less than a quarter tank of gas. Every other vehicle I have purchased from amy other dealership was delivered with a full tank. There was no orientation on the vehicle controls, simply handed the keys as the dealership was closing for the day. More
