4th car purchase from dealership So I had ran into a slight concern with a car i had purchased 8 months prior. I called up and was able to speak with a new manager named lincoln. After about 5 minutes of talking he encouraged me to come on out and he would take care of my issue personally. Upon arrival Lincoln was quick to assist me and put me in touch with the salesman who had sold me the previous vehicle. The salesman's name was Gino Magdos. Dealing with Gino again was a pleasure, he is very personable and helpful and you get the feeling he truly wants you to leave the lot with a car you are happy with. Between Gino and Lincoln I left the lot about 2 hours later with a car that I was very happy with and that better suited my needs. The only thing that I would recommend is to try and have a finance place you have worked with before ready to go because alot of the finance companies that they work with are more geared towards people with bad credit and therefore the rates are going to be a bit high. My finance placed had already closed at the time of my purchase so they wrote me up under one of their finance companies which was a higher rate, but told me to just get back with them the next day that I was able to get in touch with my own finance company and they would gladly hold off sending in the paperwork so that we could change it out with the information from my finance company. As I stated this is the 4th car I have purchased from this dealership. If you are in the market for a car and perhaps have less then ideal credit this is a great place to go. They are more then happy to print a carfax on any car that you may have an interest in. If you do try them out I cant recommend Gino and Lincoln highly enough, fast, friendly and courteous. I left feeling like I had made 2 new friends. More

Jamie encouraged me to take the car home or to a mechanic, which I did. When it came time for final negotiations, he was flexible, and the process was jovial rather than stressful.
