Ole Ben Franklin Motors

I was looking for a truck when I decided to stop Ole Ben Franklin. They did not have what I was looking for on there lot but I was brought inside where I meet with Darrell. He asked what I was looking for Franklin. They did not have what I was looking for on there lot but I was brought inside where I meet with Darrell. He asked what I was looking for in a truck and I told him he then started searching for my truck. He found me a truck that he thought would fit my needs- ordered it for me and gave me the chance to drive it and make sure it was what I was looking for. The truck was great just what I needed and with a real good deal. It is hard to find a used vehicles that meets your needs and want bust your budget but they where able to do just that. If you are looking for a vehicle and you want good service and a fare deal don't over look Ole Ben Franklin Motors they will try everything they can to meet your needs. Well where do I start at with Will Goodwin......He is a VERY BIG LIAR and said that he was going to do things when we did all paperwork, set up date for service, which service dept knew nothing about, but VERY BIG LIAR and said that he was going to do things when we did all paperwork, set up date for service, which service dept knew nothing about, but then after leaving the day of deal, everything went the complete opposite way and became a very big argument in front of other customers. I DO NOT recommend this dealership because of people like this that can't keep true words but yet wants to act like they are so Christian and perfect; I DO RECOMMEND the SERVICE DEPARTMENT due to people like JEFF BEAN!!!! He is my lifesaver unlike WILLIAM GOODWIN!!! Not sure if the dealership gets to read or see these things that get posted on here, but I know the owner of the dealership is BIG about CUSTOMER SERVICE and he (the owner) along with Jeff Bean is going to make our experience with Mr. Goodwin go from NEGATIVE to POSTIVE. God Bless!!! And just hoping that this dealership can get true customer service people to work here and get the bad apples out!!! More

Every time I visit The Old Ben Franklins service center I always get good service . Jeff Bean goes that extra step to help me and do all he can to the job done.
