Felt rushed, no option to complete paperwork with physical signatures because my phone died. Although I eventually got the deal I wanted, the claim that only 1 person works with each client is misrep physical signatures because my phone died. Although I eventually got the deal I wanted, the claim that only 1 person works with each client is misrepresented. Rushed to finish at the end without adequate time to read the contracts. And left with nearly empty BEV. Did not receive adequate training on how to use charger. I got it stuck on my first charge and had to call Toyota support and get help from another driver. More
