One of the only positive things I have to say about this dealership is I believe we got a good price and decent rate on our vehicle. No member of the One Toyota team that we have worked with (which is 4) has been able to take accountability for these dealerships down falls. They have not made us feel customer forward, it has actually been the opposite. . A customer having to continuously check back in instead of being given updates is unacceptable. Or a customer being told one thing but then something different another time is unacceptable. Asking a customer how they would like to be communicated to and then doing the opposite is unacceptable. We have boughten cars from this dealership in the past and have not had this bad experience before. Therefore, we will not be returning. More
Daniel did an excellent job in choosing the car we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and I believe we got a fair price for it.
