When I purchased my used vehicle from your dealership, I informed the sales person at the Horn didn’t work and I considered a safety violation and he assured me that they would order the part and as soon as informed the sales person at the Horn didn’t work and I considered a safety violation and he assured me that they would order the part and as soon as it came in, they would contact me and have it fixed. When that didn’t occur for over a month I was contacted by the sales manager used car sales manager, who said basically the same thing and that was about a month and a half ago. So far, nothing has been done and no follow up contact has been received so I assumed you were just basically telling me to xxxx off. Underneath these circumstances, I have no intentions of allowing you to have any service done on my vehicle. I can’t imagine why you would expect me to trust you to do it properly. Moving forward, please do not contact me for any reason unless you have a solution to fixing the horn. More
