James is great I've had bad experiences at One Toyota twice (I was forgotten about / the keys to my car got lost / the lyft service wouldn't pick me up or drop me of I've had bad experiences at One Toyota twice (I was forgotten about / the keys to my car got lost / the lyft service wouldn't pick me up or drop me off consistently, etc.) So, I feel a little weird leaving a 5 star review. But, it's because of James and the guy he was training in, Kevin. Both were great and provided the service I had expected at One Toyota the first time I had to go in for an appointment.
