I traded in my old car that was filthy and full of mechanical issues, but they still gave me full Kelly blue book value (not only that, but they rounded it up to the nearest hundred!). When going through paperwork, there were some computer technical issues, which I can't fault Alex, but otherwise he made the entire process smooth and easy. I'm loving the new car smell and I didn't have to pay a single dime :) More
