I really liked my service provider, however, I was not happy with the service. They could not find my key and I had to wait 25 minutes so they could retrieve it. I had an appointment at One Toyota Service Department where I was greeted by Brian. I explained that I was there for paint chip repair and mudguard installation. Brian kept me informed throughout the where I was greeted by Brian. I explained that I was there for paint chip repair and mudguard installation. Brian kept me informed throughout the process, starting with the mudguard installation. While working on the paint, they discovered a dent. Since my sales representative was unavailable that day, Brian stepped in to assist me in discussing the dent fee with the manager. After waiting for about 3-4 hours, my car was finally ready. I truly appreciate Brian McCallum's help, and I highly recommend One Toyota Service Department in Oakland. More

I came there for my scheduled appointment, an agent came to me and asked my name and the appointment time then he said 67 , I said 67 what? Again he said 67 , I said what 67 I don’t understand what you talk to me and asked my name and the appointment time then he said 67 , I said 67 what? Again he said 67 , I said what 67 I don’t understand what you talking about, he said mileage, I said that, I still don’t know what you talking bout, then he asked me: did you buy this car? I said why do you ask me like that, then he left and another agent came to me he took my keys and car for service and he repeated my cell phone number and he said that, the service will take one hour and I will get a call or text message when the car service is done. I waited for more then one and half hours in the waiting area, no body called or text me, then I checked my car it was parked outside of the service area, I asked the guy and he said that, the service is done, then I complained to the service desk that nobody informed me that my car is done, then they took out my keys from the desk and handed it to me, but at all no body contacted me at the time I was waiting there. More

I was told that it would take 2 hours to replace my navigation screen so I told him I would wait. It only took them an hour and a half and I was so surprised when they backed up all of my information f navigation screen so I told him I would wait.
