Problematic Dealer. Dropped vehicle off to check a diagnosic issue. receive call stating i need to replace 2 catalytic converters that are out of warranty. they did not even do any vehicle history che diagnosic issue. receive call stating i need to replace 2 catalytic converters that are out of warranty. they did not even do any vehicle history check to find that one of them was replaced by bmw under warranty less than 2 years ago. but they had no problem telling me i needed to replace both (one one is bad). furthermore, left specific instructions to not tamper with a screw lodged in the shoulder of my tire. when i arrive to pick up the car, the tire was flat and the screw was missing. go figure as to how it went from there. they'd love to sell you a car, but their service is garbage. find a good independent mechanic and stick with them. dealer employees are usually low paid, therefore have a motive.
