I purchased a 2005 X3 from Roxbury BMW in 2005 and always had it serviced there. Service was ok, the service reps were annoyed when I asked questions about my car and they didn't want to be bothered. They always treated my wife poorly and she felt that they talked down to her so she wouldn't even talk to them. I spent about $8,000 in repairs in the last 7 months of ownership and I didn't trust the car anymore and wanted to get rid of it. While the car was in their shop I sent an internet request for a price and Marcello would only give me a range of my monthly payments and not give me a firm price. He wanted me to come in but I knew exactly what I wanted and built the car on BMW's website and sent it to Roxbury to price. I didn't want to sit in a dealership for hours playing games and he didn't like that. He ended up blowing me off because I wouldn't come in so I called the Sales Manager but he never called me back. What horrible customer service. I ended up buying a Lexus shortly after but really wanted a BMW. Afetr that experience I would never purchase one because of the treatment I got there. Too bad BMW I love the Lexus. More
I had a wonderful buying experience at bmw of Roxbury. I didn’t feel as if It was all about me purchasing a car. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and genuine. i had a trade in and dominic was great about w didn’t feel as if It was all about me purchasing a car. My experience at BMW Roxbury was EXCELLENT. I purchased a 2011 BMW x6 and I love it. The sales person ANDRZEJ NAKLICKI is very helpful. He gave me a GREAT PRICE. I live in NYC within 5 miles from the manhattan BMW dealers and I wasn't happy with there prices or the customer service. I went to Roxbury and I was more then SATISFIED. Andrzei was very helpful, patient,courteous and he was able to answer each and every question. It's been a week since I had my car and I may call with the smallest questions and he is always there to still assist me. It feels good to buy a car and even after you drive it off the lot your sales person calls and make sure i'm 100% happy with the car & is willing to still assist me. BMW ROXBURY RULES !!!!! If you want a great car for a great price, Roxbury BMW is the place to be. Im very please with the customer service and I would recommend BMW Roxbury to everyone. More

The car was prepped well and my dealings with the business manager, Dominick Hughes, went smoothly. Jamal Sutton was my initial point of contact in a phone conversation and he subsequently introduced me to Andre for the details of the transaction. Overall a good experience. More
Didn't expect to get a new car because I was only in the 2nd year of a 3-year lease. I was in the dealer and asked innocently enough if it was even possible to buy-out my existing lease. While I liked the existing car, I always felt like I wanted a little more power under the hood. They basically shocked me, in a great way, and told me it was indeed possible and it ended up being painless. Considering the new car I leased wasn't even on my radar - I didn't think it would be in my budget - I got a phenomenal deal - on a 2011. When I got home I couldn't resist going to the BMW USA website which gives you comprehensive lease pricing & special lease offers nationwide. Now the site is usually on the high side (a marketing tactic) but you end up at least getting a fair idea if something is within your price range. I copied the packages & options item-by-item, included the deposit less fees, and the resulting numbers were 'significantly' higher - so I was thrilled. It certainly took away the "shell shock" you get from signing your life away during the closing. The BMW website is still based on 2010 model year info so I'm just thrilled right now. I waited around a little longer than I would've liked - my salesman was multi-tasking but he was really nice & checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and gave me accurate ETA's. You get pitched all the extras during closing which is not unexpected - in fairness, it is how they generate some of their sales - but they were very nice about it and respectful when I declined. The dealership is gorgeous too, BTW - I don't see how anyone could say it's small (service area) or doesn't take waiting customer's into consideration. Perhaps opening both eyes - and actually looking around - you may find the customer lounge, snack bar, etc. This is BMW #2 from Roxbury and I see no reason, based upon my experiences to date, why I won't get the next one from there too. Bernardo Amster and the entire team at Roxbury BMW exceeded my expectations. Other dealerships should learn from Roxbury BMW because they give you the experience we all deserve when buying an car. We made an appointment to turn in our leased vehicle, and were kept waiting for 30 minutes. Mr. Dufresne never apologized for keeping us waiting, and could not have been more impersonal. We would NEVER use this dealership, and will advise our friends likewise. More

Before we exited the vehicle following a test drive, I told the salesperson that I wanted to place a hold on the vehicle for 24 hours, which he happily agreed to. But then he refused to take the hold, and tried to bully me into buying the car by claiming that another customer was interested in the same car. He kept trying to put me in cars that were way out of my price range, despite my repeated rejections. All in all, a terrible experience. More
