I explained exactly what happened in my review. My wife felt that the service advisors spoke down to her. I also felt that the service advisers were annoyed with me when I asked questions about the service performed. I do not know anything about cars but that does not mean I am stupid and if I am spending thousands of dollars on repairs I want to know why they have to be performed and also why an oxygen sensor costs $1,800 and a transfer case costs $3,500. Frankly I didn't believe Mack and I thought I as being taken advantage of. As for the salesman he was looking to hit a homerun on the sale and was annoyed when he found out I wanted a price before I came in. The sales manager didn't even call me back. I ended up buying a car elsewhere.

Sir, i understand what you wrote i would like to speak to on the phone i dont know who you are or which vehicle you owned but if my service advisors made your wife feel like she was being spoken down to i need to correct this so it doesnt happen to anyone else i understand that you purchased another brand of car and i am truely sorry to hear that but if you could contact me i will explain why the oxygen sensor cost was $1800.00 and the transfer case was $3500.00 i know at this point you dont want to be bothered but i would greatly apperciate talking to you and not ending our relationship in this manner. thanks again for your time Jim Dahl

Roxbury BMW is very fare with there prices. The sales manager Jamal Sutton worked with me until we both were able to come up with a price I was pleased with. After signing my contract and leaving the dealership I felt at ease. I didn't feel I got ripped off or taken advantage of. I was very satisfied with the price thanks to the sales manager Jamal Sutton and the sales person Andrzej Naklicki. They both worked out a great price that fit my budget. Thank you guys again for being fare. It's very rare I go to a car dealership (as a female) and get a fare price.
