This is more a review of the salesperson than the dealership, given that my dealership interactions to this point have only been during the sales process. I worked with Nick DiBernard and had a grea dealership, given that my dealership interactions to this point have only been during the sales process. I worked with Nick DiBernard and had a great experience buying my new BMW. Nick was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He was never pushy or shady. Nick was also very responsive whenever I reached out, even after having made the purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nick to a friend or family member. More
Worst management and you can see the lie coming out of the salesperson's mouth before he speaks. Good luck people and dont trust anything coming out of the finance person's mouth. Unethical practices, th the salesperson's mouth before he speaks. Good luck people and dont trust anything coming out of the finance person's mouth. Unethical practices, they do not work on preowned car but eagers to charge the $1700 fee. Looked at the new one this is the only place that charges more, fees are also higher. More
Nicholas Dibernard sold me a used car and it was actually a nice experience. the negotiations were fair (although I would have liked to pay less, he was fair and reasonable). the whole process went very sm a nice experience. the negotiations were fair (although I would have liked to pay less, he was fair and reasonable). the whole process went very smoothly and at the end, once all the paperwork was done, he had them put in a new battery because he wasn't happy with some of the corrosion around the old battery terminals. Overall a very positive experience. More
What a great experience. We started out with a list of 4 BMW dealerships to visit. We were trading in my wife's car for a used X4. for her. First stop (won't mention name) low balled the trade in and was arrogant. Never even tried to negotiate on the car we came to see. BMW of Roxbury was our 2nd stop. We went no further. We had an appointment with Nick Dibernard. Nick was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest and extremely knowledgeable. We received a great price on the trade and a great price on a beautiful X4. Smooth transaction all around. Happy wife Happy life! Highly recommend Nick and BMW of Roxbury. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to! I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership. Service was horrible! Management One of the worst dealerships I have ever been to! I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership. Service was horrible! Management was super slick! Went to dealership after leaving a deposit on a car which I hadn't even seen, except for online, specifying that I did not want to waste time and that I wanted to make a deal. I guess that was my mistake. When I got there, after driving 1 1/2hrs to get to the dealership, they said I could only drive the car around the parking lot, and that we couldn't go for a test drive because the manager did not want to wait passed closing hour. Seemed like they wanted me to make a decision on a $52K (X5) on trust alone. The management had assured and promised me, that the car was in immaculate condition, and priced to where the dealership was taking a loss by selling it, all by making it sound so good. Sounded like a great deal to me at the time. So I finalized the deal by submitting my application, and headed back to the dealership the next day, with down payment in hand. The dealership closed at 6, and I was told to be there at 5pm latest. Not a minute late! On the way to the dealership, I had ran into car trouble, and had notified the dealership that I would be running 20 min late. When I had arrived, I finally was able to test drive the car, which honestly could have been done a day earlier, only to find that the car was shaking, when using the brakes. Management then stated the car was parked for a few months and that it needed to be driven for a few weeks for car to stop shaking. It was clearly obvious that there was a major issue with the brakes, or tires, and they were trying to sell me car as is. It became clear to me why the manager did not want me to test drive the car the previous day. I feel like i was being lied to, and rushed into buying the car. All this extra headache and inconvenience could have been avoided, by better service and management. This experience was absolutely disgusting! More
