On our way home to Massachusettes, my car stalled on the highway and wouldn't start again. I was towed to Open Road Honda. I was greeted by a man named Adam who couldnt do enough for us. Throughout the whol highway and wouldn't start again. I was towed to Open Road Honda. I was greeted by a man named Adam who couldnt do enough for us. Throughout the whole registration process he kept reassuring us it would be ok. He asked us to give them a couple of hours to figure out what happened. He took me and my 2 little girls to the waiting room, set us up at a table w/ a tv (even set the station to a kids channel), got us drinks and snacks and told us if we needed anything to come find him. In less than an hour they figured out it was the alternator and battery that had failed. It should have been expensive (over $500.00, but Adam somehow arranged that the Honda Co. would pay for 90% of the repairs as a goodwill since my car was only a few weeks out of warranty. About an hour later we were back on the road heading home. I want people to know that these people treated us like we were customers there for years ! Thanks to all of those wonderful people who helped us get home ! Open Road Honda is a amazing !!! Thanks again ! Phyliss Levine More
