I have to say when I first walked in I was a little hesitant. The dealership looked dated and I said to myself "what would they have to offer?" to be quite honest I paid little attention to the sales p hesitant. The dealership looked dated and I said to myself "what would they have to offer?" to be quite honest I paid little attention to the sales person (voytek) but that didn't stop him from being friendly and courteous to my needs. I was looking at a Mazda 3 and with it being a compact I was concerned about space primarily would I fit in the front seat and drive comfortably. Voytek let me know that he owns a Mazda 3 and put my worries to an end, he's about 6' 4'. He sat me in the car which had a power seat and with that seat I could position the seat in such a way that I even had room to spare. He knew what he was talking about for sure. That Mazda 3 had other things I was looking for as well, a leather seat moon roof among other things. Voytek was very personable with me and despite the showroom he made me feel welcome even tho I was being disingenuous. the management was really good I met Eddie he was very laid back and helped me understand the logistics of leasing. The finance manager tho I don't remember his name was kind and patient with me when I had to read all the paper work. Time was an issue but realistically no more than any other time I bought a car. This sort of stuff simply takes time to do its a long process and has lots of factors. I ended up buying the car from voytek and told a couple friends about my experience they were shocked that I was treated so well at a highway store. When my lease is up in a couple of years I'll be happy to come back thank you open road Mazda ! More

Open Road Mazda East Brunswick was just what our friend said it would be.
