Then i wanted to buy the car so we told them i was getting a loan from my bank and i was supposed to pick up the car today because they were fixing my tires so i called to see if it was fixed, and they told me they sold it after i put 500$ down to hold it for me. this is the last place i would recommend. this dealer does not do safety inspections on used cars - my boyfriend discovered a bubble in the side wall with a hole in it but the car passed a “safety check”. The salesman also informed us that they do not fuel their used cars, we were told it’s the customers responsibility to buy their first tank of gas. More

Lied about extended service plan. Claimed it covered service "just like Audicare" - it does not. Web site claims "covers wear and tear" - it's incredibly misleading. Their plan explicitly excludes mos service "just like Audicare" - it does not. Web site claims "covers wear and tear" - it's incredibly misleading. Their plan explicitly excludes most items viewed as wear and tear, but then they brag that if the item isn't excluded they will include it if there is wear and tear. I like my car, I just wish car sales people weren't all crooks. Next car will be a Tesla just to not have to deal with lying sales people. More
