Late arrival and Stellar service Lastnight I had the idea to go in and buy a car. I was driving in from Davenport, which is a solid 45 minute drive in good traffic. By the time I parked it was 7:30pm with the dealership closing at 8:30pm. When I was getting out of my car Melissa walked right out and greeted me. She was warm, welcoming, friendly, and easy going. I sat down and told her what I was interested in and she pulled the car around and gave me the keys to do a test drive. She answered each one of my questions with patience, kindness, and care. She put together all of my documents so quickly and gave me a quote that was very close to what I wanted for purchasing. After agreeing she introduced me to Sven in financing who was also phenomenal. He had a great attitude, was funny, knowledgeable and helpful. By the time everything was done it was already 9:30 pm those two, as well as two other agents (I wish i could recall their names, Oscar also introduced himself to me which I thought was a nice courtesy) in the office were so patient and kind with me having kept them there an hour longer. They were so professional it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend working with these two for car purchases! More
