Our salesperson also checked to see if there were any other offers we might qualify for. There was no pressure. She was great. She showed us a number of vehicles with the interior color we wanted. She was very attentive. Without being intrusive but at very appropriate times, she offered her opinion based on her own experiences providing us with something else to consider. She also never made us feel rushed. We had done considerable research on the model we wanted beforehand. It was here we got it at the price we had researched and also received a fair price on our trade in without the hassle. The buying process is so much better when the manager at the dealership just gives their salesperson their lowest price to pass on to the customer right at the start. With the availability of the internet buyers are much more knowledgeable now. We appreciated being treated fairly together with respect, professionalism, courtesy and a smile! More

I called ahead to make sure that the particular used vehicle was still on the lot and, finding it still available, made an immediate trip from Winter Park to the dealership. The truck was exactly what I was looking for and the price was in the relative range that I could handle. A test drive and further conversation with Walter Harris cinched the deal. I've had the truck in hand two days today (Sat.) and am very pleased with it. More

Pleasantly Surprised I needed to have my car serviced because of a recall. I made an appointment and was told to expect a minimum of 2 hours for repairs and possibly anoth I needed to have my car serviced because of a recall. I made an appointment and was told to expect a minimum of 2 hours for repairs and possibly another visit depending on available parts. I arrived at my appointment time, checked in with Tom and was told to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with water and coffee. Also, a vending machine provides snacks. In less than 2 hours, my car was ready and I was on my way. I had prepared myself to be there for a full 2+ hours, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! More

I was hit by a 22 year old at a red light in Tampa Florida, and the back-end of my 2013 GMC XL Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was hit by a 22 year old at a red light in Tampa Florida, and the back-end of my 2013 GMC XL had to be replaced. The initial parts that were sent to the dealership did not work out for some reason, or didn't fit, so they had to order new parts. My car was at the dealership for 4 weeks all together, but the end result was AWESOME and worth the wait! I did not use a rental car, but preferred using my other GMC. I really liked the fact the GMC dealership drove me back home and also picked me up on the day my car was ready, as my family lives out of state and out of country, this way I did not have to hire a taxi. I highly recommend Orange Buick Dealership and Repair Shop for their extraordinary and friendly service. I am buying all my future cars from them - God bless Elaine S.
