A new wheel bearing was installed the next morning in a timely manner which fixed the problem and we continued our vacation plans with minimum interruption. We arrived and dealt with Erin who was a very straightforward and polite sales person. He listened well to what we wanted and helped us with finding the right vehicle. Nobody was ever pushy or rude and they never tried to talk us into anything we did not want. Sven was very good at handling the financing and making sure it all worked out to our advantage.
