Orange GMC needs to open a satellite closer to lake mary and sanford for maintenance needs. I find it weird how a Ferrari and Porsche dealerships are closer to my house than a GMC one. Every other manufact and sanford for maintenance needs. I find it weird how a Ferrari and Porsche dealerships are closer to my house than a GMC one. Every other manufacturer is represented within a 30 minute drive except GMC. As for the service, oil, trans, rear end, recalls, belt tensioner bearing and oil usage complaint were dealt with properly. The loaner vehicle arranged on the phone prior to arrival was not in the computer. It was resolved quickly. The system that shows where in the process your vehicle is in, is not reliable. I checked online and saw my yukon was listed as done. I arrived 45 minute later only to be told no, it will be another hour or two, the tech is doing the tire rotation. My complaint about that was met with a "yea that happens sometimes." More

After an outstanding experience with the Cadillac I asked if my Dodge could be serviced at your dealer and I have another OUTSTANDING service experience. The manager that ok the work and service Mr. Mike and James I have no way to tell them how much I appreciate there help and changing the way I felt about the service at car dealers. Finaly a please that I can trust. I will like to recognize the superb job done by Technician Omar for finally solving the issues with my car after many years of expensive and poor service recieved in the Dodge dealer which will never get my business again.
