The manager that ok the work and service Mr. Mike and James I have no way to tell them how much I appreciate there help and changing the way I felt about the service at car dealers. I will like to recognize the superb job done by Technician Omar for finally solving the issues with my car after many years of expensive and poor service recieved in the Dodge dealer which will never get my business again. They couldn’t find the part because computer said it was on backorder. Truck sat there for a month with no end in sight. Took it to a local mechanic, they called around and made a deal with another local GM on backorder. Truck sat there for a month with no end in sight.
