I decided to walk the lot with my grandson who is a first time buyer. Saw a truck that caught my grandson's attention. Christopher Jones came up to us with a smile and asked if we were interested. In a few minutes he gave us the details. No hazell, no gimmicks no pressure or sales push, and all questions answered. Plain and simple. We drove it off the lot Monday morning because of the weekend. BTW - the 'service is done' pager is a nice addition, but please add a short instructional sticker on the back. The 'silence' button was not apparent, and the loud notification disturbed others in the customer lounge. More

Great Customer Service I had the opportunity to trade in my car for a Buick. I started coming to Orange Buick Robert C. In service dept always took care of me. I am so I'm pressed with him, to where it is hard to have anyone else assist me. Then it really blew my mind when I came in Friday late 2/16/2016 to have service rep service my car per appointment. There was a gentleman that assisted me. His name is Mike. He not only asked me what the problem was with my car. I proceeded to tell him. Young man Mike worked on it his self. Now keep in mind I was late getting there. This young man impressed me so much that I had tears in my eyes, because I was so thankful. I realized you still have wonderful people in this big world. Proud customer I have been coming to Orange Buick for over 20 years. I have never purchased a car from them as they did not have what I wanted. However I have purcha I have been coming to Orange Buick for over 20 years. I have never purchased a car from them as they did not have what I wanted. However I have purchased Buick's and have them serviced only at this dealership. I am treated like a family member. Sure I have had long times to get my car fixed. The reason that I go here in I want the crew to find something wrong with my car or my wife's. They have saved the life of my wife on their safety issue. Notice-They do not make false claim on needed repair. Always bee truthful to me. The last time I was looking for a car,, the had a bunch with "moon roof's" and I did not want that.
