It’s frustrating to call their service department cause no one picks up the phone. They should make it so people can make appointments online instead of calling and talking to a machine. Service department don’t answer the phone. Attempted to call in and make and appointment, goes to voicemail. Left 2 voicemails to schedule service and they never returned call. Last time I was there to wait with my vehicle waited 5 plus hours for a return to tighten bolts from a previous repair that took place there. Vehicle is still not correct. Place isn’t staffed to handle repairs correctly and I believe they stall and do the minimum to appease customers causing future inconvenience to the consumer along with extra time and money lost..it’s apparent customer service is not a priority and this type of practice is what will drive customers to search for another dealer for sales and service.
