Very unsatisfactory. I call the service number for four days in a row multiple times a day each day left messages got texted that said I would get a call back left multip I call the service number for four days in a row multiple times a day each day left messages got texted that said I would get a call back left multiple messages on voice mail never heard back finally I did have a live person answer the phone and was able to get an appointment. Only reason I kept trying was it was for free oil change and tire rotation from this dealership that I purchased my vehicle from new. If it was a major breakdown I don’t feel as though I would have been taken care of here because of how hard it was to contact a human on the phone More
