Very unsatisfactory. Only reason I kept trying was it was for free oil change and tire rotation from this dealership that I purchased my vehicle from new. I had the original appt and sat an hour in the waiting room to only be told the service I was there for could not be completed and that a different part needed to be ordered. Upon follow up, appointments were made based on an apparent ETA of the part which did not come in, so my appointment ended up being pushed twice prior to attending those appointments. Finally, upon speaking with Nick he worked to get the part from an Albany Dealer and Akshay placed me as a priority to complete the service. Yes, frustrated but those two gentlemen made the experience more tolerable and I appreciate their communication and effort More
