I'm writing this to the owners/managers of this place. I don't think the employees are at fault. The outcome for my vehicle was good, but it was there for 5 full weeks. I got a call after 3 days that it was fixed, I went over paid, got in and started it and the engine light was on. They knew this and were going to let me take it anyway. I turned the key back in and said I'm not rushing you, please fix it. No one contacted me, I had to call and go over there and kept getting the reply "maybe this week". The advisor I was working with was let go and a new one took over. Rodney Curl, I give him high marks, he did make things happen quickly. Driving it home, which is out of state, I found my windshield wipers didn't work. completely dead. I will bring it elsewhere for that repair. I just can't in good conscience, recommend them to anyone. That place is a hot mess. More

A bunch of xxxxxxxx who are liars and don't back up what they say they will do. I bought a jeep from them with the agreement to have the vehicle certified, install new tires, replace the oil, provide winte they say they will do. They claim they have been having problems with their service department and the guy who runs the service department does not follow through on any requests he is asked to work on. More
