I have owned Toyota cars for more than 20 years and have always taken them to the dealer to be serviced. The service I have received at Brent Brown Toyota now Orem Toyota has been excellent. Communication always taken them to the dealer to be serviced. The service I have received at Brent Brown Toyota now Orem Toyota has been excellent. Communication on how long the service will take for my cars is crucial since I normally wait at the dealership. The Service Advisors I have worked with are great at keeping me apprised of timing, etc. I highly recommend Orem Toyota for servicing your Toyotas. More

Even with an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes for them to begin the service. They also suggested some work (for $141) that no other dealer had mentioned, and that was for 4 other service appointment them to begin the service. They also suggested some work (for $141) that no other dealer had mentioned, and that was for 4 other service appointments. I think they were trying to make some additional money, ads the service was under warranty. More
