It took two visits to fix something that should have been fixed on one visit. They ere trying to save me money but ended up costing me more. Took my 2018 Toyota Rav4 in for routine oil change. I was told the oil drain plug was stripped and needed a new oil pan to fix the likely leak. There was no indication of an oil drain plug leak when I was told the oil drain plug was stripped and needed a new oil pan to fix the likely leak. There was no indication of an oil drain plug leak when I took it in. I went ahead with the expensive replacement. Afterwards, I noticed some oil drips on my driveway. I wiped where the drips were coming from thinking they were just spilled oil. But I continued to see more oil drips in the same place. So after about 2 weeks I was convinced there was a very small oil leak and took the car back in. I figured it would be easy to stop the leak by tightening the oil filter housing. When I drove the car back home, within a few hours I noticed a much bigger spot of oil on my driveway. This time the leak was coming from a different location, probably the oil pan gasket. I took the car back in the very next day including a catch pan showing the amount of oil that leaked overnight. I consider both these leaks the result of mechanic incompetence. I now question whether the oil plug was stripped in your shop requiring an unexpected expensive repair, since I had no indication there was a problem when I took the car in. On a positive note. I was treated very well each time I returned and was not charged for the oil leak repairs. More
Sales persons was friendly but didn’t seem ready before we came in. Overall, she was very nice. However, the finance guy was not so nice. We went into his office and he tried to sell us packages which we w we came in. Overall, she was very nice. However, the finance guy was not so nice. We went into his office and he tried to sell us packages which we weren’t interested. Once we rejected, his attitude was cold and kind of rude. Didn’t explain the papers that we weren’t interested signing. Eventually, once he had the USB (didn’t even explain what it was), he slammed that on to his desk and said “have a good evening” in a cold tone. We totally felt uncomfortable and not welcome. Very bad experience. And after that, we finally went to see our car which I expected to do that before signing any papers. We weren’t explain on the functions on the car and the way to connect our phones to it. I did it all by myself. It was around their closing hour, maybe that’s why they make everything so rush and not friendly? I don’t know, not recommended. More

Trying to make an appointment wasnt at all easy, Ive tried before and just give jp and go to grease xxxxxx . I am a busy person and dont have time to keep trying to get in . Then i needed my tire pressure sensor programmed and I thought it was covered under this expensive extended warranty I got, but apparently it wasn’t. I’m not happy at all. I would like to get a refund on the warranty I bought because it’s not doing me any good? I’m gonna have to figure that out.. More
