My Service Tech was pretty helpful, but there was still a lot of questions he couldn’t answer without checking and getting back to me. We also do regular maintenance on our vehicle, so it is always a bit annoying when they suggest we fix things that aren’t broken, and should still last at least another 2k miles. Overall, I’m confident they do a high quality job, though, which is why I went in the first place. More

I have been completely displeased with Brent Brown Toyota. I bought a car from here several years ago and things were good. I have since been up north to a different dealership and realized the diffe Toyota. I bought a car from here several years ago and things were good. I have since been up north to a different dealership and realized the difference between good and great. We made the decision to try Brent Brown again and wished we hadn't. Neither the sales or service have been impressive. I've already addressed our displeasure with the sales team, but when we brought our truck in for door guards, which were supposed to be done when we picked up the truck, we were told it would take about an hour. Three hours and fifteen minutes later, the door guards were done. We would have just dropped the truck off rather than waiting if we knew it was going to take that long. More
