Every time I have come to your service center I've had to wait forever to get things done. On my last visit, 3-20-2023, I waited two hours for a simple service and tire rotation. I had to return the following day due to the fact that the engine on my Tacoma was leaking oil. It was determined that the service technician hadn't secured the drain plug on the oil pan sufficiently. I don't believe I'll be returning to Brent Brown for anything in the future. More

The guy who checked us in was very kind and helpful, but didn't know what the factory recommendation was for our vehicle. When we asked him, he was unsure and wasn't even aware that our vehicle does not nee didn't know what the factory recommendation was for our vehicle.
