We came to Brown off a personal referral and it was amazing. I felt like everybody that we talked to - Bob, Tom, and Sheldon, were all so helpful, kind, and quick. I bought a vehicle and was told certain things would be fixed for me which were never fixed. The brakes still vibrate and the front bumper is still sticking out. My salesman never returned my texts or phon fixed for me which were never fixed. The brakes still vibrate and the front bumper is still sticking out. The financial officer was dishonest. He sped through the paperwork and had us sign an insurance policy without explaining that it was optional. We took a closer look and confronted him and he admitted it was optional and we rewrote our check to reflect the new balance without the optional policy. We will not be shopping at Brent Brown again.
