Wes in sales was awesome and finance was very thorough, but parts and accessories dropped the ball. It has been a month since I picked up my truck and still no rack or sidesteps. I had an oil change service and everything went great. However, it did take 90+ minutes where in the past is we done in half that time for an oil change at the 8am appointment.
