I have a Toyota Corolla (30,000 miles) and. Toyota Highlander (25,000 miles). When I took my cars in for their most recent service they told me I need new tires on both cars and it wasn’t safe Toyota Highlander (25,000 miles). When I took my cars in for their most recent service they told me I need new tires on both cars and it wasn’t safe to rotate the tires. That didn’t seem right to me given the cars are still relatively new, so I got a second and third opinion. Both said my tires are fine and I have at least another 10,000 - 15,000 miles on them. I’ve always appreciated the service Brent Brown has given us and our cars but this last time I felt like I was being taken advantage of and I don’t trust them like I did before. More

Two hours for an oil change. .with an appointment. Not acceptable. I was told by a man in the warranty office that my car's issue would be covered by the 5 year engine warranty, but it didn't turn out that way. I would not have brought the car to your repair shop in the fi issue would be covered by the 5 year engine warranty, but it didn't turn out that way.
