On my way to Washington for thanksgiving and had to bring my truck in for a bad wheel bearing. The shop incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle which wasted a days work. At the end of day two the rear wheel bearing my truck in for a bad wheel bearing. The shop incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle which wasted a days work. At the end of day two the rear wheel bearing was replaced but the brakes were not bled correctly. The shop sent me on my way with the brakes not working correctly which was extremely unsafe. When I returned with the vehicle the shop tried to convince me that the brakes were ok but I insisted that they were not. Finally got the brakes to work but the next day I found that the rear brakes were leaking fluid all over. Three days to get my truck back on the road with very little confidence. More

Have loved Brent Brown but the last few times of service I have not been pleased. Told it would be no more than an hour and always am there over 2 hours. The staff was slow and disorganized. I was told my car would take 30 minutes, but it took over 12 hours. And when I asked for a loaner car, I was treated like an inconvenience.
