I waited 3 hours for an oil change for my truck. I showed up 10 minutes early for my 9 am appointment and didn’t get my keys until 11:55 am. Milani was helpful and kind, but that kind of over scheduling is not okay. When I called to speak with the service manager, they were busy, so I let the woman who answered the phone know my concern. She explained to me that mornings often get backed up. I know that’s true because my husband waited 2.5 hours for our last oil change. Maybe you should book fewer appointments in the morning instead of pretending that you can actually give prompt service. I like the people here, but your scheduling policies are awful. If I didn’t have a service plan, I would never bring my truck back here. I lost 3 hours of work waiting for that oil change….. More
