The check out process for basic vehicle service requires you to work with the tech that checked you in. More often than not you have to stand around like a dummy waiting for the tech in order to get your ca you to work with the tech that checked you in. More often than not you have to stand around like a dummy waiting for the tech in order to get your car back. Orem Toyota should allow all their service workers/techs to help anyone right when you walk in. I’m a big Toyota fan and having been bringing at least three vehicles there for years. More

I really appreciated their honesty when they thought our vehicle had a transmission leak but found out it was probably not a leak, they didn’t charge us for the test even though we authorized it. I also app vehicle had a transmission leak but found out it was probably not a leak, they didn’t charge us for the test even though we authorized it. I also appreciated that they told us to come back in 1000 miles to have them check it again to make sure it’s not a leak. Many dealers are not honest, but I was pleasantly surprised by these guys and will definitely continue to do business with them. Way to go! Thank you so much! More
